Birth photography is about documenting the arrival of your baby, whether this is at home, in hospital or a birthing center, vaginally or belly birthing. When choosing what to wear for birth photography, you can consider comfort, what you're most comfortable in, and how you want to emphasize your belly: 

Comfort: You'll likely be moving around a lot, so comfortable clothing is a must. 

Emphasize your belly: You might want to choose something that's a little more form fitting to emphasize your belly. 

What you want to wear: Some say you should wear whatever you want, as you probably won't care much about what you're wearing during labor.

Solid colors

Solid colors like black, white, gray, or brown photograph well and look great with any skin tone. 

Fabric

Choose soft, delicate fabrics that flow over your hips and waist, like chiffon, silk, lace, or tulle. 

Avoid big graphics

Avoid clothes with big graphics, words, or logos on them, as they can be distracting. 

Tube top

A tube top is an inexpensive option that's easy to put on and take off. Just make sure it's not transparent.
